CLE Accreditation

CLE Attendees: Certificates have been emailed to all attendees. If you have not received your certificate, please contact us at cle@aabany.org  to request your certificate.

We need you to submit a CLE Evaluation in order for us to send you your CLE certificate. Please go to the following link in order to complete the evaluation: http://bit.ly/fc16cle .  You will only receive credit for CLE-eligible courses where your badge was scanned.


New York
AABANY is recognized by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited CLE Provider.

Each CLE-eligible session is approved for a maximum of 1.5 NY CLE credits. Each program listing will indicate the category of credit and appropriateness for transitional New York attorneys.

New York CLE credits are accepted on a reciprocal basis by Alaska, California, Colorado*, Florida*, Maine*, New Hampshire, New Jersey#, and North Dakota. Certain other states, such as Rhode Island, allow the participant to request individual approval for out-of-state CLE activities on their own behalf; we will assist you with your application. Please obtain a Uniform CLE certificate from us for these states. Certain programs may satisfy Law Society of Upper Canada CPD requirements in Ontario * ^.

Pennsylvania

This course (244809) has been approved by the Pennsylvania CLE Board for a maximum of 6.00 credits (2.00 Ethics, 6.00 Substantive).  Download the  Credit Request Form here to be submitted to the PA CLE Board with the required fee ($1.50 per credit hour up to $9.00 for 6 credits).

* Additional filing to your jurisdiction by the attendee may be required –https://conference2016.aabany.org/cle-accreditation/pacle2016/ please obtain a Uniform CLE Certificate from the conference.

# Under New Jersey BCLE Rule 201:4, no additional filing is required – you may use the New York certificate toward your requirements. New Jersey awards double credit for presenters, rather than triple credit in New York.
