* Please note that “Out-of-State Attorney” means any attorney admitted in any state, territory or possession of the United States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, or foreign country jurisdiction who does not work or reside in New York State.

  • If you are registering only for the Pitch Sessions, you should register for the conference at the full conference rate.
  • If you are interested in participating in the AABANY Diversity Career Fair & Expo, please see further information here.

Financial aid is available for eligible applicants. Write to cle@aabany.org for an application and instructions before registering.

Special Combo Package: To encourage non-members to join AABANY and attend the Fall Conference, AABANY is offering a special combo package. Non-members get to sign up at the AABANY rate and receive a one-year membership in AABANY. We are offering an additional discount of $20 for anyone that signs up by the early bird deadline of Sept. 9. The discount for sign-ups after that is $10 off.

Law Student Group Rate: To encourage attendance and participation by law students, AABANY is offering a special group rate, based on groups of four law students. The cost will be $35 per person.  This group rate covers all events at the Fall Conference, including all CLE and non-CLE programs, the Career Fair, the cocktail reception and post-conference Committee Dinners. To join a Committee Dinner, each registrant needs to make separate arrangements with the organizers of that Committee Dinner.

The regular rate for students is $75 for members and $125 for non-members and that’s the early bird rate. This group rate represents a huge discount so gather your friends together and take advantage of it today by registering HERE!

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for any Fall Conference registration must be submitted via email to fall.conference@aabany.org. If a cancellation is received on or before Monday, September 19, 2016, AABANY will reimburse all fees paid minus a twenty five dollar ($25) administrative fee.  There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 11:59 pm ET on Monday, September 19, 2016.

Transfer Policy: Request for transfer of any Fall Conference registration to another individual must be submitted via email to fall.conference@aabany.org.  You must submit the full name and email address of the transferee.  Transfer requests received after 11:59 pm ET on Monday, September 19, 2016 will not be accepted.

Photograph/Video Policy: By registering for the Fall Conference, you agree to grant AABANY the right to photograph, film, and use your likeness and voice in AABANY related publicity and advertising.
